He logged in, and he never received it. I double checked his IGN, and Bill just misplaced them forever. DO you guys know if this was common and if there's a fix?

Yeah, I tried everything I could think of..It's stupid.

I got my gear from Andy, but never got anything from Satsu.

About 3 days after Satsu sent me the stuff I finally went and talked to Bill, and messages appeared in my text box much like when cash shop items expire saying that the spear and the armor had expired and been deleted from my inventory.
