Missing quest - Protect Ludibrium

Info from sauna since I don't remember the parts I did:
The quest is available at level 60 and you get it from Mr. Bouffon.

Part one: Protect Ludibrium
Get Tachion x10 (I remembered 100... but they say 10).
Reward: 2700 experience, 3270 mesos.

Part two: The Replacement Time Energy
Get Mysterious Powder x100 and Tachion x300.
Reward: 27600 experience, 76600 mesos.

- There are other parts and it all leads to the Papulatus quest, but I haven't passed the second part yet.
- Tachion is available from Buffy, Lazy Buffy, Soul Teddy and Master Soul Teddy.
- Mysterious Powder is available from Death Teddy.

I believe it is suppose to be at lvl 80??
A diff between GMS and MSEA???
