Since i'm sick and tired of us legits losing good training ground to hackers here it is:
The other day I heard that we had lost Vikings to hackers, I was like wth? That place is popular, so I went to check it out...
Ludi is hacker central, and GM's aren't doing anything about it. Everyday we lose more and more land to hackers.
Well i'm sick and tired of it sign this petition to send to nexon to get the GM's doing their job and keep maple alive!
Don't let hackers ruin our game!

If you don't wanna sign the petition then don't but don't insult people who do want more action. I'm sorry if I don't want our game dying to hackers. If GM's worked hard like they do on JMS or SEA then we wouldn't have hackers and we'd have more places to train. The GM's there work hard for the money they get paid to just right click people and type in their ign's. I don't think its that hard to do.

Lol, by the title I thought it was a petition to Nexon to allow hacking in gMS :P.
Signing the petition, not that I think it will help, but why not?

This is so trivial...
ONLINE PETITIONS ARE LIKE DVD REWINDERS! USELESS AND INEFFECTIVE!

I hate hackers too!
Why should we "legits" have to work so hard to lvl when hackers just hack and ruin the game?
Hacking just goes to show how lazy some people are!

There have been several online petitions on this issue, but like penguinzrock said, online petitions lack the power to make Nexon do anything, b/c it does not impact them financially in anyway.
But good luck anyway.

Yeah I agree, but remember that Gm's still have to work on new patches to make the game funner.
I guessing the guys at Nexon will take a look at the peition and have a good laugh.

And isn't it somewhere in the ToS that you can't send petitions to them? o_O

It's pointless.
They'll just delete them and ban people who actually send those.

An online petition is like replacing strikers at Albertsons with balloons that say "WE WANT MORE MONEY!" written on them. Easily waved off, and laughed at.
Or like replacing lawsuits with letters that say:
Dear Person,
I think you are mean and dumb so give me the money that you stole from me. I want my money that you stole so I can buy things that I want to buy that cost money. I am very angry, so give me the money. If you don't give me the money that you stole from me, I will have to write another insulting letter like this one.
P.S. I think you are dumb

LOL...
The OP is a hacker... I know him in game, and have seen him hacking on a perma beginner. Two perma beginners actually. At least I think it was two. He even admitted to hacking :O.

The funny thing is that I saw the exact same guy post the exact same thing on Sleepywood, getting in return a locked topic.
So OP, why don't you tell us about your other screename, emomuffin, hmm?

Here (http://www.snopes.com/inboxer/petition/internet.asp) is my reason not to sign that petition. Or any other for that matter.

E-petitions are the latest manifestation of slacktivism, the search for the ultimate feel-good that derives from having come to society's rescue without having had to actually gets one's hands dirty or open one's wallet.A little contradictory isn't it?

There are two ways to temporarily stop hacks:
Update the game
See that gameguard is updated.
There is one way to severely disrupt hacking activities:
Do both at the same time
We've seen all of that happen. But it'll never stop it. Even bans don't stop it, as it would probably only take them a week to get another character up where they had it. You're asking for something that's impossible to do without doing things to MS everyone is NOT going to agree with.

These petitions are useless. Several have been posted already and none of them have accomplished anything.
