For ellin forest, You have to go to the top of helios tower. Theres a time machine there. There monsters there are usually around level 40-50 or so I think.

I don't know if MapleSEA's 4th aniversery event is different from GMS's But I'd assume it works the same way. You get maple leaves, Give it to the admin, And she gives you an equip.

As for weapons, They drop from monsters usually, Or you can give gaga a gold leaf.

As for event quest, Just look at the quest discription. They're preety self explanitory.

He CAN give you weapons.

And the Maple Admin doesn't give you weapons, she upgrades them for you.

If it's the same list as global, and I don't see why it wouldn't be, you can get:

Under the Maple Tree...(one-time, chair is also can't be traded)
100, 150 and 200 Maple leaves(this usually pops up after the chair)
And all level 35 maple weapons; gun and knuckle included.



Also(again if it's the same as global, which it should be), all channels are connected; so adding sunshine on ch 1 is the same as adding it on ch 10. So to ensure that you get two gold leaves each time, pick a channel that isn't very crowded, that way you can nab a leaf, turn it in quickly and get another one. You'll need to wait about 10 minutes(?) or so to get the quest to turn in another one.

I had 1500 leaves from last year.
I was so pissed i had no way of getting a maple weapon other than grinding i splurged them all on ****.

gaga is the 1 npc in the maple hill map... where the tree grows~

I bought a maple sword for 200k, i was happy :D
