That picture is usually associated with the caption "That Post Gave Me Cancer." actually. I don't care for the Spice Girls, "One Direction" or any of that. the Olympics are NOT a halftime show at a football game..
However I respect your opinion.

Image is usually captioned with "your post gave me cancer". He probably posted that because he found something wrong with her post or he's expressing his dislike for her.
