A lot of people out there are argueing over the "Bandit
vs assasin" topics. Therefore, ive decided to write a
guide to close this endless argument.
For the sake of arguement, lets start with lvl 50, after
Bandits have maxed their sb/ mastery and sin maxed their
crit/ other skills.
I will compare the damage here. I won't be includiing
scrolling/ glove attacks, but only the weapon.
Bandit lvl 50:
Weapon Attack: Shinkita 62
Dex: 90
Luk:172
Skill: Savage Blow(6*80%)
Minimum damage for the Bandit:
= (LUK * 0.9 * 2.16 + STR + DEX) / 100 * Weapon Attack
= (172 * 0.9 * 2.16 + 4 + 90) / 100 * 62
= 265
Max damage for Bandit:
= [(LUK * 3.6 + STR + DEX) / 100]* Weapon Attack
= [(172 * 3.6 + 4 + 90) / 100] * 62
= 442
Avg damage for Bandit:
= (266 + 442) / 2
= 354
Avg damage with skill (SBlow) for Bandit:
= 4.8 * 354
= 1699
Assasin lvl 50:
Weapon Attack: Slain 26 + Tobi Star 23
Dex: 90
Luk:172
Skill: Lucky Seven(2 * 150%)+ critical( 50% chance,
+100% damage)
Max damage for the sin:
= (LUK * 5)/100 *WA
=(172 * 5)/100 * 49
= 421
Min damage for sin:
= (LUK * 2.5)/100 * WA
= (172 * 2.5)/100 * 49
= 210
Avg damage for Sin:
= (421 + 210) / 2
= 315.5
Avg damage with skill (L7+critical) for Sin:
= (1577.5(Max damage with skill) +946.5(min with
skill)/2
=1271
You can see here, Bandit = 1699
SIn = 1271
However, you should have noticed that Sin's L7 damage
formula is Luk * 5, while bandit's is Luk *3.6.
THerefore, sins damage will increase more than dit's
every level, when both add LUK. Also, another factor
hindering sin from doing insane damage is its low Weapon
attack. Therefore, its the same thing. Weapon attack can
increase sin's damage more than dit's. If we consider
the scrolling, warrior potions, glove attacks, sin's
damage will also catch up with more weapon attack. Now,
lets look at lvl 60.
(Note: this time, i will consider the warrior pots,
glove attacks, scrolling, and the LUK equipments add.
Bandit lvl 60:
Level 60 Bandit:
Weapon: Deadly Fin 82 + Warr pot 5 + 6 WA glove
Dex: 100
Luk: 212+ 18
Attack Skill: Savage Blow (6 * 80%)
Minimum damage for the Bandit:
= (LUK * 0.9 * 3.6 * Skill Mastery + STR + DEX) / 100 *
Weapon Attack
= (230 * 0.9 * 3.6 * 0.6 + 4 + 100) / 100 * 93
= 511
Max damage for Bandit:
= [(LUK * 3.6 + STR + DEX) / 100]* Weapon Attack
= [(230 * 3.6 + 4 + 100) / 100] * 93
= 865
Avg damage for Bandit:
= (511+865) / 2
= 688
Avg damage with skill (SBlow) for Bandit:
= 4.8 * 688
= 3285
Sin lvl 60:
Weapon: Giga 41 + steely 25 +warr pot 5+ glove atk 6
Dex: 100
Luk: 230
Attack Skill: L7+ critical
Max damage for the sin:
= (LUK * 5)/100 *WA
=(230 * 5)/100 * 77
= 886
Min damage for sin:
= (LUK * 2.5)/100 * WA
= (230 * 2.5)/100 * 77
= 444
Avg damage for Sin:
= (444+886) / 2
= 665
Avg damage with skill (L7+critical) for Sin:
= 4 * 665
= 2660
Here, we can see that, with the adding of the
equipments, sin has caught up with the dits. Lets move
on to lvl 70. However, another point is that dits have 6
hits, while sin only has 2. MEaning: Dit you haf to
multiply monster weapon def by 6, while sin has to
multiply by 2. Therefore, when fighting a umti with 300
def, for dits its 1800 def while sin's is 600. OK, lets
see. Sin's damage 2660 - 600= 2060. Dits damage 3285 -
1800 = 1485. (note: this is just a example, nobody knows
how the damage is calculated. this amount ISNT TRUE!
however, this can show that dit's damage will be
decreased while fighting the monsters with higher def.)
Lvl 70 dit:
Weapon: Kandine 87 + Warr pot 5 + 8 WA glove
Dex: 110
Luk: 252+ 21
Attack Skill: Savage Blow (6 * 80%)
Minimum damage for the Bandit:
= (LUK * 0.9 * 3.6 * Skill Mastery + STR + DEX) / 100 *
Weapon Attack
= (273 * 0.9 * 3.6 * 0.6 + 4 + 110) / 100 * 100
= 644
Max damage for Bandit:
= [(LUK * 3.6 + STR + DEX) / 100]* Weapon Attack
= [(273 * 3.6 + 4 + 110) / 100] * 100
= 1096
Avg damage for Bandit:
= (644+1096) / 2
= 880
Avg damage with skill (SBlow) for Bandit:
= 6 * (0.8 * 880)
= 6 * (704)
= 4224
Sin lvl 60:
Weapon: Fury 45 + steely 25 +warr pot 5+ glove atk 8
Dex: 110
Luk: 273
Attack Skill: L7+ critical
Max damage for the sin:
= (LUK * 5)/100 *WA
=(273 * 5)/100 * 83
= 1133
Min damage for sin:
= (LUK * 2.5)/100 * WA
= (273 * 2.5)/100 * 83
= 567
Avg damage for Sin:
= (567+1133) / 2
= 850
Avg damage with skill (L7+critical) for Sin:
= (850 *4)
= 3400
Therfore, our conclusion is: Sin max damage> Dit max
damage,
Sin average dmg<dit average damage.
Now lets move on to the other sections determining the
strength of the 2 jobs.
Speed/jump: Sin= Dit
Attack speed: Sin= Dit. Both have booster, and altough it is RuMoUrEd that dit's attacking speed is faster, i believe both are the same. If there was a dummy monster with unlimited life, and a same lvl dit and sin hits it for a same period of time, sins can do NINETY L7s in a minute, while dits can also do 90.... Its the same.
Range: Sin>Dit
Money earning: Sin has the skill drain, saving your hp
pots. Sin's L7 consumes 16 MP, Dit's SB consumes 27MP.
Lets say, sin uses 50 L7 per min and dit use 50 sb a
min. 27-16 = 11 mp difference. 50 * 11= 550 mp
Therefore, dit wastes 550 more mp than sin every minute,
33000 mp per hour which is equals to 66000 mesos. Also,
dits get hit more easily than sin becos they need to hit
at a close range where the monster can also hit you. Per
hour, dits lose 66000 more mesos than sins, not
including the fact that sins have drain. Drain will
probably save around 200k an hour. Total: Dits= 266000
mesos less than sin per hour. However, i belive that sins have to spend quite
some money on stars. Lets say, 10M on steelies and 11M gigantic= 21M. Dit
lvl 60 spends some money on weapons( i not sure price shuld be less than
15M). So, in terms of spending sin is more.. but itll be eraned back after a
few lvls, and profited in another few lvls. therefore i should say that sin = dit
in this aspect.
Killing speed: Bandits has to waste time
walking to the monster while sin can shoot from one
spot. However, if there is many monsters surrounding you, the dit can sb their way through. As for a sin, he will have to jump-shoot to hit the monsters and not punch them. However, if there are monsters not close enough for you to sb/punch, sin will kill faster as he could just hold on to the button to throw stars and hit many monsters infront of him. Also, lets say the monster is at a higher platform and even with haste, you cant jump high enough to reach it, sin can just throw a star and BOOM! whereas dits willl not be able to reach it. I am not sure about this aspect, but there are more example of sin killing faster than dits.
Leveling: Sin is faster than dits, proven by the many more high lvl sins than
dits. Therefore, lets say in a period of six months, a sin reaches lvl 80 while a
dit reaches lvl 70. Now, the sin is higher lvl than the dit by 10 lvls, with new
eqps etc. Sin definitely achieve more damage than dits in a shorter period of
time.
Control: Sin's stars can auto-target monsters. meaning if a monster is on a higher platform, u can jump-shoot ,and the star will auto target to the monster and not shoot straight. Bandits however, does not have auto-target and always hits straight infront of him. (personally, i think moving for evry sb will make u giddy lol)
Skill: Actually, this isn't much of an advantage, but it makes the game more
thrilling and fun. SIn need more skill to play than dit.. If you dont
understand this, it means that Sins needs skill to use.
Example: Backshot, shoot
everywhere when surrounded, lure monsters to a certain
place then kill them all etc. This also means
style, trick, and quickness in reaction. Whereas dits
have a plainer life, just need to move the a monster and
press a button+ jump. It's only skill is jump attack i think.
Ok.... pls post your comments below and tell me how to improve on my guide. I'll be grateful for some information as well.

oohz... anyway i dont think i owned bandits very much lol(altough i meant to in the beggining, i didnt manage to do it). cos after some calculations i found that bandits really have a higher average damage, so i just have to admit itz.. but ive shown sins are better in other aspects
