Coercion is murder (that is, taking away a person's right to live as they want, is the same as killing them). But murder is also murder. A person should probably intervene if someone is contemplating suicide or about to do something that will probably throw away their life (or yours, or a third person's). Trying to stop them once is enough though, since more than that is probably coercion (goto A). And if they're that determined, they probably know something you don't about their life sucking.

No. So omar, if you join the military, I'm not supposed to care that someone sends you into the front lines, when they could give you a nice comfy, safe tank to sit in? I'm sorry, but I do care, even though I can't stand you alot of days. I especially do, when friends of our family have had husbands that joined up. Those wives might end up widows, and while they're attractive enough that I'd consider dating them after that, I know I'd be unable to really cheer them up.

And for what? Does Obama care that your husband died for phony reasons like "hope" or "change" or whatever buzzword he had? What about Bush and his buzzwirds about a "war on terror"? I dunno how close kag actually is to this guy (probably not enough that it would actually be worth pursuing this), but still, one week he might be chatting with her, and the next he might die at the first landmine he runs into, all for a flimsy rationalization of "serving his country." Or maybe he wasn't serving it, maybe he was just another sacrifice for someone's arrogance. Maybe he was desperate for a paycheck, and the army/navy was the only one taking. Maybe he had a lousy life (deathwish), and wanted people to see him as a hero.

Do we really know what goes on in people's heads? Is it really right to label them heroes or cowards because they do/don't join up?

Tanks are far from comfortable, nor do most of them belong on the front lines. Get out of here bulma.

Awww, man. Even the tank fan doesn't like the idea of tank warfare.

Just outta curiosity what are the strengths and weaknesses of a tank (i.e. when do you use them in battle)? Can they go uphill for significant steepness (45-60^o)? How effective vs other tanks? Weak/strong to mines? Can they only fire at a straight angle, or can they do angled shots above/below them (maximum angle)? Can I hunt small targets like deer and bunnies with a tank (because I really want to)?

Nvm, I'm finding out most of the answers on wiki. Including at least five ways to disable one (shoot out the wheels, sticky the gun, and pierce the thin underside). I want a Stingray.

1. when it makes sense
2. depends on the engine and transmission
3. depends on what the tank was originally designed for (bunker busters vs straight up destroyers)
EDIT: Today's tanks are typically MBT's. These tanks are designed to do everything.
4. tank guns typically have elevation and depression, the angles depend on the turret and gun
5. yes you can hunt with a tank, except you wouldn't have anything left to retrieve

6-ish. dont forget copulas, MG ports, odd things that stick out. lower glacis plates, anything you can hit at a 90 degree angle, sides, and rears.
