Jane and The Wild Boar's reward is a scroll. Where did you get the cape from?
I think these changes are for the best. Some of the quest levels were too low for what they were asking.
Fixing blackbull's house is suitable for a level 15? People can hardly kill golems at 30.

With MSEA's latest patch, they lowered the level requirement for SuperSnowboards from 70 to 50.

He was think of the Jane Doe quest, I can see how he got the two janes mixed up.
It's really stupid that they raised the level. It's not bad at level 25 for magicians and warriors. I imagine a decently funded thief could finish it, too...
Silly. Besides, they still expect us to fight boars for the Jane Doe quest... Just less of them, I guess. But now we can't work on both at once. x_X
