How much % str/all stats do you have? I'm guessing close to maybe 300%?

Subtracting the Allstat bonus from his STR, and then dividing the dex by 2, I have come up with about 244% STR.

You're probably still off because of Inner Ability + stats, and how does halfing the dex come to a str %? it could just be % str not all stat.
