That skill is barrage. Barrage looks more like a dance than a skill. I use Barrage to Dragon Strike for single form bosses (and most training). Sometimes I throw in a Cork Screw to KB or give more invincibility.
Headless horseman (as rasu said) or Papulatus. Pianus is a ***** to kill, although it has decent skillbook drops. If you count the first ToT boss, or Mannon/griffey, then those are the 2nd easiest.

Nah it's HH. I can solo HH on my mage in less than 90 seconds.
I think that doesn't make it a real boss anymore ._.

My friend Mike (iwieldabow) would kill the bigfoot in the map with elder wraiths and a HH. He kills HH in around 20 seconds, and that's while being bumped around and dodging BigFoot.
Compare that to my freaking 3 minutes on my Buccaneer =\

Pretty sure most attacking/DPS classes can solo HH in 3rd job, even.
