Warriors throne chain quest

Hi, and thanks in advance for any help that any of you can provide.

Basically my problem is that I cant talk to the mayor in NLC to get the starting quiz as a pre-requisite to getting his other quests. I know I didnt complete the quest because it's not in my completed quest log, and when I check my available quest tab, it doesnt show up there either. I dont know wtf is wrong, but I really want that chair :(.

If I remember correctly, he won't make the quest available (and he won't have the light bulb over his head) until you chat with him about NLC for a while. Did you try just talking to him and exploring the different options?

yeah, and thanks. I had a total brain fart and didnt realize that you could scroll down to the option 'Take the NLC Quiz'. I finished the chain and have my new Warriors Throne now. :)
