I drank milk every day until I was like 10. Then I slowly moved away from milk to OJ.
Either way, milk is proven to strengthen teeth, bones, etc, so you may as well. Unless you hate it. Then take a supplement.

I stopped drinking milk daily a while ago. But, I take vitamins nearly every day and have a generally good diet.

Oh no. Oh no. I think I'm going to cry. He's already fourteen? Oh God why. Rasudoken, I'm literally about to cry right now. I really don't want to bring the bad news, but somebody has to eventually. If you don't drink milk regularly before 14, you turn into a Jello monster in just a couple years. Please, be strong. Try not to think about your grim, jiggly future. After you have lost your mind and soul, we will all still remember you as a good kid. You won't be forgotten, I promise. Seriously though, it's never too late to start!

I drink milk like a toddler.
Nowadays I basically replace water with juice and milk (which I know, is bad for you)

i used to drink alot of milk, now if i do it chocolate milk, or i use milk for cooking and thats it
