I only drank milk once in my life, never went back ._.

So to replace that i have a decently healthy diet, water, and calcium pills.

Although, being a giant blob mass helps not break bones also.

Well ill say that its a need of the body basically it has all the substances in it which can really be helpful for keeping the body good,I would say that you should take it as its the need.

So my mom always yells at me for not drinking hom0genized milk (she says milk, but i'm just specifying the milk, and i'm 14).

So, should i be drinking milk more? And how many of you guys between the age of 12 and 17 actually drink milk?

Milk cartons or bags at school do not count, only at home.
