Actually the two greatest games would have to be Pokemon HG and SS.

I beat the M&L one in Japanese already, so I won't give you spoilers... But Partners in Time was better.
And I don't really like Scribblenauts, they could've improved it a lot in terms of control and flexibility in item usage.

If you don't want to read them, then I'll just say that I liked PiT better due to element in BIS that weren't as good as PiT.

In BIS, you're stuck inside Bowser's belly practically ALL THE TIME. You wanna leave at this one point in time, but you CAN'T because they're strictly controlled. Once you beat the game, you can leave whenever, but you can't actually get Bowser to follow M&L around. In PiT, the control were more ingenious in their usage and function; ie, the split your group into two groups thing, the special abilities each of the four had, etc.
Most of the time in BIS, you're Bowser and being Bowser sucks ass. Bowser does the fighting, and pretty much everything in the storyline. Mario and Luigi aren't exactly the main characters, which is stupid, because it's M&L RPG, not Bowser's RPG.

No I mean you ACTUALLY stay inside his belly the WHOLE time, and in the 2-3 minutes you actually DO leave, it's to talk to some stupid NPC or something *** like that.
Mario and Luigi don't get to fight a lot, and so there's not many chances where you'll get to use a tandem operation. And the M+L skills aren't at all that good looking, and Bowser's skills get old fast.

I want to play as M+L in my M&L games. =_='

I got scribblenauts and the hat. I like the hat more than the game. The game is interesting and unique, but it has some flawed mechanics and can be very frustrating.
