Cygnus Knight Newbie questions

Hi, so I have a level 50 mage and I was given the opportunity to create a Cygnus character. So i mad a Wind Archer just for fun, but then I slowly realized that I would much rather have a Thunder Pirate dude instead!! So, I thought that I could judt delete my Wind Archer and then start fresh with a Pirate guy...turns out I was wrong. SO, am I going to have to make a new character and level it up to level 30 so I can have a cygnus character again? or is there an easier way?

Thats weird.
I made a Flame Wizard with my main at first, got it to about 15 and then deleted it. I then went back on my main to Ereve and it let me make a new Cygnus with the Neinheart guy. :/ Really weird.

Try again? It should work. But you only have to level up to 20 to make a Cygnus, I believe, if that doesn't work.
