I just discovered this sweet workout, it's called Tabata training, look it up and read on it. It's quite intense but it's fun and quick.
Tabata pushups for example:
Do as many pushups as you can, as fast as you can, for 20 seconds. Take note of how many you did, rest for 10 seconds, then repeat. Do this 8 times, your lowest amount of repetitions is your score.
I got a 0, it was like 15, 8, 8, 3, collapse.
put your hands on the floor and your feet at the highest place on the wall that you can.
now start doing push ups in this position.
