I'm not sure they're all correct. In all the time I've been there I've only seen them drop either event items or Green Magic Powder. Also the Magic Powder isn't listed as a drop so... yeah there's that too.

Regular Typhons also have never dropped a Varkit or a Blood Dagger but they do drop the Red Arcina and Hellslayer.
