Unable to sign into Maple website
for the past few months now I have been unable to sign into the website with my main account. Anytime i try it tells me "username does not exsist, password is incorrect" when in fact my password is right and so is my username.
I am able to sign in to the game using Game Launcher from the Maple Folder but I would like to be able to sign into the website every now and then.
The only way for me to sign into the website is if I do a password recovery and then rest my password. But even after I do that I can only be signed in for a few hours before it goes back to telling me I don't exsist.
I have submitted a ticket just today. But I am wondering if anyone else is having this issue and if someone has figured out why its happening of if Nexon Tech Support has contacted you about it.

I'm not timing out. I can't sign in to the website at all. I tried doing the solution pointed out in post 5 but in my Device Manager there isn't anything called Microsoft Loopback Adapter.Originally Posted by kaglover1

So late, i got this on a webpage from Nexon: The website is unavailable due to hardware issues. Our IT team is working to address the issue right now. Stay tuned.

I guess you'll have to wait till they fix it.
If it's already been months, I doubt they're close to fixing it.

But though i'm not playing MS, i can run the site fine. @jokersheart Just log in for the game. I think there is a MS loader that lets you pick to option. log in from site, and log in in game only if the site has problems loading. I'm not sure but you could check
