Widespread moderate to heavy rain is expected between 11:30 am and midnight. PUB says flash floods may occur in low-lying areas in the event of heavy rain. The Met Services will provide an update at 5:30pm on 30 Jan 2011.

SG. I wont be affected by floods, unless it continues tomorrow.
My house is situated on something that is pretty much more or less, a hill. I believe my poly is on a raised area, so no worries for me.
