I thought Hp warriors were suppose to train with PG but HB would be really helpful as well...

Fighter. The amount of damage you'd reflect with a White Knight late 3rd job is too little to train with (lol100damage). Fighters also have more base HP, which is why they were more commonly made before.
Btw, you can't PG higher leveled monsters now. When you get hit you actually heal them...

The blue "1" coming out of their head doesn't mean you heal, it means that you're not doing any damage to them.
Blue ones mean heal, purple/red 1s mean damage. Regardless of whether it's on an enemy or a person, that's just how it is.
