25% chance is 25% chance. Just because only one person posts their failure and nine others post their success, doesn't mean that it's a 90% chance.
It's just one of the 75 people who failed reported it and 9 of the 25 people who succeeded reported it.

Like I said, even if it's 25% chance, that doesn't factor in the whole "LUCK" issue. If pretty much everyone is getting their stuff to 3 line within 2-3 cubes, then there has to be something that's doing that. It's highly unlikely that 9/10 people get their items to 3 line within 2-3 cubes at a 25% chance.
Also if I'd thrown 4 of these on my gun and had none of them change the # of lines, I would straight up post "wow these sux they dont work", but from what I'm seeing they do. It's not the first time Nexon's put a "chance to do ___" in their items and botched it up.
I'm also rather annoyed by posts like these (not to use this specific user as an example, just don't have the patience to look around for more similar posts):

Obviously luck plays into it, but if you got a million people to use the cubes, roughly 250000 people would get a success. That's how probability works when n->infinity. If it doesn't go near 250k, then nexon is fudging numbers.

Ya'll need to realize that 25% is a pretty huge chance when compared to other cubing stuff. From the hundreds of cubes I've used, I can safely assume that Rare-Epic is about a 10% chance, and Epic-Unique is even smaller. When you consider the huge number of variable stats, it's especially rare to get what you want (even just on 1 line).
25% will seem like a huge amount, and getting it in ~3-4 cubes makes perfect sense. The reason it seems so easy is that it's relative. Keep in mind that each cube is an independent chance <---#1 rule of chances in Maple, and people who forget it will eventually fail

Remember kids, % does not stack in numbers on MS. 25% is 1/4, but 25% + 25% does not = 2/4.
You ALWAYS have a 1/4 chance.
1/4 x 1/4 = 2/8. 2/8 x 2/8 = 4/16. 4/16 x 4/16 = 8/32. And so on. It will ALWAYS come out to 1/4. End of discussion.

Y'all need to check your egos. Both that approve and dislike the premium cubes.
I approve of the Miracle Cube, but not SOOOO much on the price. Although, when you think about it, it's otherwise impossible to get 2-lined to 3-lined, so there really isn't a price to base it off of. This may or may not drop the prices of 3-lined items. Which may or may not be good.
