New CKEditor, auto-save, creating tables in posts and more!

With the latest update for vBulletin installed in the forum, this brings us to many changes that would be useful to many of you - especially guide authors!

- A brand new and sexy CKEditor to replace the old, problematic editor
- Your post now saves itself automatically after a set time just in case your browser crashes and all that you were writing is gone.
- You can now create tables directly into the posts themselves - this should be a useful feature for guide authors.
- You can also now copy text from Microsoft Word and paste directly into a post, using the "Paste from Word" feature, and it will try to maintain the style and formatting of the text as it appears in the Word document.

That's about all the new, major changes I can think of.

tables are blanked out for me ... does it only work in guides? Was thinking about formatting up the rankings a bit :/

When I picked the spoiler tag in this it displayed SHOT tags. I just typed it in but it's still weird.
