    Default Slash storm mastery book ????

    my lv is 98..i used slash storm mastery book at lv97...i have 21 skill point..but i cant max slash storm...my current lv is 5..not 20..what should i do ??? help me...

    Aren't mastery books the skills of 4th jobs?

    Did you just use the package or did you use the package and the book? Did the Book Pass? What does it say the skills master level is?
