55+ depending on your class. No later than 60.
You can go as early as 42, however that depends on your class and funding. As this is in the warrior section I presume you're a warrior, so you'll be using Suck Smash in the Toy Room. You could go as early as 45 if your funding is pretty decent or better, else 50 - 55 is a good bet. It's 2% Miss rate per level difference, so 40% (Going from 50) isn't all that bad.
most legends or defensive classes can go at 40
