Priest skill "Shining Ray" max level and 3rd job advancement issue.

Shining Ray for priests only goes up to 20, not 30. Strangely enough, the description and damage text is correct for level 20.

Additionally, the third job advancement for adventurers is done completely in El Nath now. There is no quiz (and no dark crystal required anymore). You also do not need to travel back and forth to your 1st job instructor. Everything is done through the 3rd job instructor.

A minor note, some of the skill icons are outdated, like the ones for booster and advanced bless. There are probably more.
