Turn invincible off and get hit by a monster. Then turn it back on and get hit again. You should see a difference.

Also I managed to not die when running through bombkiller maps on my phantom.

You will take less damage with Invincible on.

It obviously doesn't work like it does in PvP. I'm not even sure where that came from O.o PvP doesn't even exist anymore

What we're trying to say is that the hack is doing "monster" damage to players, so defensive skills (like invincible) will work normally.
