For Accessory Crafting the cheapest/easiest recipes to use are the high level rings:

You can get 10 crystals just from you daily Gollux runs (from the old guy) since there isn't much else to do with the blue coins. And then you just need two of the various crystals/gems. Most of them use black or red gems/crystals and most only take two.

For Smithing the cheapest/easiest method is via Gold Hearts:

You can buy the recipe from the Gollux shops for blue coins and it's permanent so you can craft as many as you like. It only gives 300 mastery points though so it is a bit slow going, but it only takes 3 gold plates and 4 advanced crystals, which is pretty much nothing.

If you want to level up quicker you can use Zero recipes which give quite a lot of mastery experience and then just use the gold hearts to maintain your master/meister level (when you aren't crafting other stuff like cubes).

For Alchemy the easiest/cheapest way to level up is with recovery potions, the ones that use red, black and purple oils. This one is pretty easy since most people learn alchemy or have a mule with alchemy that they use to craft daily potions (really saves on money). So this way you're getting your potions AND leveling up at the same time.

Overall Accessory Crafting is the most worthless of the three. There's not really a whole lot of good stuff to be crafting at the master/meister level and most of what there is requires insane amounts of materials (like a THOUSAND Twisted Time rocks). If you're going to craft anything with this for selling choose stuff like the Meister Shoulders or other parts of that set as they're the most sought after in general.

Alchemy is probably the most useful overall. At the master/meister level you can make scroll extractors with limited materials and can easily rack up 10 million mesos on the weekend just running it for 8 to 10 hours while you're asleep and charging 50k to 100k per use. You can also craft bags and work them up to 12 slots as well as 10 slot coin purses (both of which you can then sell to others). The 12 slots and purses do require a brilliant dusk essence though and those are fairly rare so you probably won't be crafting more than 2 or 3 a month (unless you find some really good deals on them in the FM). Sometimes n00bs will put them up in their shops for as little as 5 million mesos because they don't know how much they're really worth.

In addition to all that you can also make uber bossing potions, again to use for yourself or to sell for others. And, again, most of them use a brilliant dusk essence to make. The biggest benefit of being an alchemist though is that you can use TWO potion buffs on yourself instead of the usual ONE that everyone else is restricted to. So for your "main" you should generally always choose alchemy and then use mules for the other two.

Last but not least is Smithing which is primarily good for just one thing... cubes! Lots and LOTS of cubes! :D

Downside is you can't sell them, upside is you ~can~ sell the parts and pieces to make them as well as offer cubing services for others. Most of the Zero recipes are also Smithing recipes and since you can make as many as you like you can likewise offer Zero equip crafting services. Basically people give you the needed parts and then you make the item for them for a small commission fee (like say 5 million mesos). Or 10 million if it turns out with uber stats. I believe +6 is the most you can get (either in one stat or spread out)... or at least that's the most I've ever gotten.

There's some other okay equip recipes, but most of them are generally a moot point because of the flood of Empress equips and not worth it at all considering the amounts of crafting materials that are needed to make most of them.

So, that concludes my "brief" little introduction on master/meister crafting! :D
