As Robeira instructed you, go confirm the seal. If you cannot find the Ice Gorge, forfeit the quest and talk to Robeira again.Examine the location where Rex the Hoblin King is sealed and return to Shammos. You confirmed with your own eyes that Rex the Hoblin King is sealed up and told so to Shammos. He seems to have calmed down now.
