    I used to feel really bad and feel anxious whenever I would go outside with people or alone(I still do but it's not about that anymore) but what helped me get over that is I used to listen to really soft music and try to realize not much could go wrong, sometimes i would go to this little wooded area behind my backyard and that made me feel better because it was so quiet and lonely
