You necro'd various threads. 2 weeks+ of inactivity in a thread makes it properly inactive since the topic at hand won't progress in the conversation. Also a person that has not come back to a story in 4 years makes it inactive so unless the opening poster himself comes back to remedy the situation it is a necro.
Which one? o-O The story wasn't really necro-ing because it was already brought back up; furthermore, people do come back after long quits and restart posting/blogging.
