What's this green/blue Alchemy Pillar where you drop the water? I am so confused.
It's the thing next to the old guy. I was confused too, but you just have to drop it few pixels next to the guy (well, alot of pixels, before the fall).

Thanks i thought it was the big fat one.
Drop it right on the big blue shining rock (kinda like the Orbis or the Eos Rock except it's sky blue). After a few seconds, it will disappear and drop an ordinary-looking stick (like the one dropped from Stumps)
i only got 1 of those cape, but i cant get the 2nd one.

basically one requires u to drop the water next to the guy, and the other requires you to answer questions that are really easy
And the capes have no slots T_T
