Once I get to the third job with the TB, I was wondering if once you use the Transform skill, can you still use your other skills? Or can you only use the shockwave?

Once I get to the third job with the TB, I was wondering if once you use the Transform skill, can you still use your other skills? Or can you only use the shockwave?
You can use all your other skills, making shockwave pretty much useless
