How much is xx amount of NX worth for in mesos?

I know selling NX is illegal in-game, but hopefully no one here minds?

How much does 10 NX cost currently in mesos? On this article from Basil Market (http://www.basilmarket.com/MapleStor...Mesos-443.html), it says that 9,900 nx is worth around 400 mil. I want to know if this is still true or if the price has risen since?

It depends.

With MTS gone, there's no way to normalize the ratio across servers. Some servers are so small that just one or two people can throw off the price on any given day, and some are large enough that it won't matter. It also depends on the day itself. During 2x events, when new classes are released, and during Cash Shop sales, the price can go up significantly, especially in small servers.

It indeed does sound complicated. If you had 10 NX to sell Tesiqurasa, how much would you be willing to sell it for in the Bera server?
