Unable to connect to the login server due to a server check.

Hello, I have been getting an error message ever since I tried to game start my maple global client.

The message says :
we are unable to connect to the login server due to a server check, a firewall block or other network issues. Please check if the Maplestory homepage for ongoing server checks as well as your firewall settings.

I have checked my firewall settings, and tried turning it on and off. The game still shows the message above.

I am from Bangkok, Thailand. I tried to search online and check if Thailand was blocked by Maple Global. But I haven't seen one saying that it is blocked.

I'm not a pro technology person, so please do help me :)

That's the problem. You do not play MS global. Gms is for north american people only.

Yes, but it shouldn't block him from launching the game. It could be Loopback adapter (if you're running on vista/7). I'll edit this post later when I have time to check where to find it.

OK, Right click on your network connection at the bottom right, then click at Network And Sharing Center -> on the left click on 'Change adapter settings' -> Disable Microsoft Loopback adapter.

Worked for me when I had similar problems.
