Theif guide need urgent help!!!

So i was training my new assassin for a while now, and now i am lvl30. Since theif is going to be revamped, do you think i should wait for the patch or i should i continue training and leveling up? If i choose to level up, can someone help me to explain the skills build and the training spots for me? Its really urgent and every coomment will be of great help to me
