Option: plastic surgery

I'm new here and wanted to say hello to everyone. I have read every thread on this site and read someone asking if it is okay to undergo a plastic surgery.
and I am here to asking this question again.

My friend have a scar to her chin and asking if it is okay to undergo plastic surgery?

Someone here once asked about getting plastic surgery? I didn't know that.

If it's just a flesh scar, I don't think a plastic surgery would be necessary. Although it's a different story if the scar is hindering everyday life.
