They purposely made it that slow. As I've heard it's the speed of an unboosted blizz/meteor.
I dunno about that maybe more like a boosted meteor/blizz or an unboosted ice strike
I know that, but why did they lower it for several weeks?
From what I know, the decreased execution time was this glitch in JMS, and was moved to GMS temporarily. The slower execution time is the correct time.
ic, but it feels so retarded, i rather have the fast speed but with lower dmg :/
