I had removed maplestory because i kept getting this windows error -2147287038 everytime i enter the FM. So i hoped uninstalling it would get rid of the error. But i just redownloaded MS and got this.

That error you were getting was a DC hack; it had nothing to do with your client. What's happening is you're logging into an area where someone is spamming DC hacks.
Are you getting that new message before you get to the server selection screen or after you've selected a channel?
DC hack so there is no problem with maple right? After i get out of a FM room, like i change the channel then head out. Maple closes on me and give me that windows error. So would maple work properly after like a few days or so. After selling the gloves, rarely can ever get out the FM without maple crashing
Sorry i had to bump this, i used HS update in the hackshield folder. then launch Maple and i think it just worked it...

Got rid of the error but keep getting this. I have no idea what I am doing wrong.

With that second error, it means the game is down, or your client cannot connect to the log in server. (You have no internet, or your Maplestory client cannot access the internet) Try restarting your computer, and disable any loopback adapters, As well as make sure there are exceptions on your Anti-virus program and firewall to allow MapleStory to run.Quote:
