When will Angelic Buster be back?

Hello. I took a long (8 year) break from MS and I'm just getting the hang of all the new stuff after 3 weeks of play. I really want an AB but it seems we can no longer make them...does anyone know if/when they are bringing it back? Also, why did they close new AB's in the first place? Are they waiting to revamp because they are OP or something?

They were a limited class. They will come back for recreation at some point but it's pretty much random.

And they are Pirates, not thieves...
