the best gach is always from mushroom shrine no question
If you go to Mushroom Shrine you'll probably be guaranteed to walk away with decent items, which are usually scrolls . Also, If your feeling very lucky you could try out NLC they'll pop out Elemental Staffs/Wands, White Scrolls, Chaos Scrolls and etc. but be warned that you can walk away with crap as well like I did.
I believe that CDFA and I got crappy items at NLC too.
Mushroom shrine may give decent 30/70 scrolls
