So how do you get a hold of ore at all? Quests only?
Quests and as per normal odds and ends, the FM. They are completely changing the way the maker skill works (well not completely, but revamping what you can make and how to obtain materials) and thus took out drops they will either no longer be needed post Chaos patch OR will be obtainable elsewhere. So right now is a really bad time to be trying to maker up gear unless you're just shooting for your Reverse set at level 120.
If ores are being removed, how are we supposed to make Moon rocks?
To be honest, I have no idea. I guess you can go around buying the ores to make a Moon Rock...Quote:

In MSEA we still have Magic Powder Drops...

The ores and magic powders were removed for one reason. MapleStory Chaos patch. Once this patch is in all ores will come from mining. Not monster drops, mining. Get used to it.
Most likely removed a month or so before Chaos is released in MSEA. Start hoarding now.Quote:
