You need to get in a decent FM room for those prices, and I gave them to you about a week ago.
Prices are far from stable.
Also, what does that have to do with buying NPC scrolls?
they cost 100k, i seen people sell them for over 1mil

Not all 100% scrolls can be purchased from NPCs though. Just because you saw a 100% doesn't mean it was one available for purchase.
