Equip Enhancement Scrolls can be used after scrolls (so they can be used even when there are no slots left). They add random stats, and apparently can add attack to weapons, but I haven't personally tried it on a wep. The first time you use one, it has an 80% chance to work, and it goes down by 10% each try. If it fails, it booms. For each one you pass on an item, the item gains one golden star by the title.
It's currently worth about 10m in Kradia, and falling fast. Two days ago, they were worth 30m. If you sell it in a decently placed shop in the FM, you might still get 10m for it.
