that wasn't changed until the big bang patch, then it was modified several times afterwards. i can guarantee that it'll piss you off while training in the higher levels though, especially if you have a pet looting stuff. the potions they drop are sweet until you get out of cpq (if you so choose to grind afterwards)... the potions dropped don't heal enough to be worth picking up, and they only drop one at a time, not stacks like they did after the first bb patch. the NPC prices were dropped low, so even if you sell them you barely make anything. i think it's 24 meso for an orange potion.
