Not really "found" but I HIGHLY recommend ANYONE 120+ Finish the Silent Crusade quest line. (Up to the Arkarium or whatever battle, anyways.)

Meh. Guilds are just like extended buddy lists without full ability to choose who your guild members are.

I don't see your point. It's still just an organized buddy list.
