I found mine through FM. I got my level 40 one as a drop from monsters, though. That was lucky. The level 50 one someone was selling for 30k or something, and the level 60 one my friend found while loafing in FM for 55k.
All pretty good deals.

No, because I land many criticals when training, it's too common.
