Anyway, something that can't be answered from there. That medal of yours; do membership coupon hair changes count toward it? If so, it's a lot more plausible to get than I figured it to be.
e:You need certain monster erasers, and an undine's cloth to get the quest. Be warned though, the ones that are needed are the ones that have 'try to collect them all!' in them, and those only.
