Every red square I've tried to place a shop in and they don't ever place, the distance is just slightly too short.
People feel the need to make huge gaps in the FM, not sure out of laziness or being greedy market jerks. Currently at my time on this server there are 0 places available due to terrible FM parking. However there are a dozen or so spots or pockets where there could be 3-4 extra shops per room.
It's like ****ing Massachusetts drivers are playing Maple Story.
