Alrite, I finally lost the medal. I just had to give 5m, and luckily, that 10 acc boost allowed me to do several quests down at spirit vikings, and I found a set of Ilbi. That medal ended up paying for itself.

You donate mesos this random charity box thing that's in every town. Whoever donates the most gets the medal for a month. Yes guys, it resets every month.

Some idiot named Burdens went around to each town and put a ton of mesos into each in Bera. Now he's got like 10 medals and probably is realizing he can only wear one... -_-"

Oh and there was some guy who donated 800mil to one town, Leafre I think.

I just thought of something about the Meso Donation. What if the mesos donated to the 'charity' actually ended up with someone? Maybe the funds would be transfered to a GM character as tradeable mesos, and he/she could give it out to different people during events. Of course, this would require that nexon actually GIVE events period.
I guess the way it is now is a nice method of draining mesos out of the economy, and keeping inflation under control.
