Yeah, I got the medal on my other characters, but my Shadower and Dual Blade can't get it... Shad doesn't even have the quest available (????????) and DB's quest is incomplete (Level 200s: 0/1). I don't even know...
Edit; I don't think adventurer classes can get it? zFlight isn't able to get it either, she doesn't have the quest anywhere in sight. The characters I got it on were my DS and Merc.

Have you tried forfeiting it in the medal page and relogging.
It doesn't appear in zfgt and zveil's medal page at all, and yes, I've tried that on my DB.

And emaily, don't feel personally persecuted. On my bishop's account, I have two characters who seem to be unable to get the Next Legend medal also. That's 2 out the 10 that should be getting it.

Don't you have Brute Squad anyway? They have the same stats
Also, Bolts is level 171.
